Located on the Beach Road in Nags Head, this well-appointed and conveniently located Outer Banks vacation home features a short walk to the ocean, private pool (14' x 28'). The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October (only). There is also a hot tub, elevator and 'Southern Comfort' is pet friendly too! We permit dogs only, with a limit of two.

'Southern Comfort' offers 6 master bedrooms, high-speed Internet access (please bring your own laptop), 11 TVs, 1 VCR, 5 DVD players, stereo with CD and surround sound, rec room with pool table and golf game, 2 washers/dryers, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, icemaker, port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, charcoal grill, and outside shower. Guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the beach.

'Southern Comfort' is a Non-Smoking vacation home. Pets are allowed: 2 dogs maximum. No cats please as owners are highly allergic. Disability Friendly Information is listed below.

Beds: 7 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Bunkset, Queen Sleep Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
